Working within a budget?

Consider a Master Plan that can guide your interior project as you complete it in phases.

Today: Carpet and wall paint

In 6 months: Living room furniture

In 12 months: Bedrooms

A master plan considers the scope of the project, makes a design statement that guides the project and creates a comprehensive design solution that can help you complete your interior in phases.

For a modest design fee, Studio G4, through a systematic design process can design and create drawings and color renderings of all interior elements and furnishings that you will ultimately require (kind of like a "wish-list").  Studio G4 can then help you acquire as many or as few of these items which can be comfortably afforded in phase I.   The remaining items can be deferred until such time as funds are available for phase 2 and beyond.

This "Master Plan" process can help residential and commercial projects in several important ways:

  • First, from an art & design perspective, this assures against the creation of spaces which often organically grow to include an incongruous patchwork of interior elements and furnishings.  Instead, the space will, at the onset, be constructed so as to accommodate future elements, and when the elements are eventually added, there will be an aesthetic flow and harmony;

  • Secondly, from a financial perspective, the pressure to either overextend presently or in the alternative settle for a substandard interior is eliminated.  Elements can be acquired based on comprehensive designs, which have already been completed and approved, as the funds become available;

  • Finally, at the conclusion of the design process, you will have in hand, pictures or drawings or even color renderings of every item on the wish list.
