Covered platform and ramp for manufactured home.  A full set of schematics, and plans along with materials list.  This plan is for a side door on a manufactured home.  The platform is enclosed against inclement weather but has windows for natural light.  The platform is attached to the home.  The ramp is attached to the platform and lands on a concrete apron.  This keeps the ramp from needing to be supported by the manufactured home.

Universal design kitchen with multi-height work surfaces, good contrast and work areas that accommodate a seated position.  This type of kitchen design creates functional living throughout an entire lifespan.

Work surfaces can be located in multiple locations in the kitchen.  This kind of flexibility allows family members tall and short, standing or seated to retrieve items from the refrigerator and place them on the pull out.  It is a convenient place to work and can easily be hidden away when not in use.
